Refund policy

At Preesa, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take full responsibility if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, we will send a free replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at preesaglobalventures@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained

Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value valid for 6 months.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect products ordered by the customer
  • Slight variations in colour or texture — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and not considered defects

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


International Orders — No Returns & No Cancellations

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders shipped outside India, once the order has been confirmed and payment is received.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered, please contact us at preesaglobalventures@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
